- about the project
Challenge
We collaborated with Welder to capture the bold and unconventional spirit of the Welder Edge collection. Set against a backdrop of striking modern architecture, the film follows Alper Rende as he navigates the city with a sense of rhythmic urgency. The production emphasizes the watch’s unique photochromic dial, which shifts colors to match the wearer’s environment and pace.
The cinematography utilizes low-angle shots and geometric framing to create a sense of scale and power. By blending fast-paced editing with the “Since 2075” futuristic concept, we positioned Welder not just as a timekeeper, but as a statement of daring and forward-thinking style for the modern individual.

Solution
Bubi treated the city itself as a living extension of the watch. By focusing on the interplay between light and the changing colors of the dial, we turned the product’s technical feature into the central hero of the narrative. Our team delivered a high-impact piece that bridges the gap between traditional craftsmanship and futuristic digital culture, effectively proving that Welder is the pulse of the city.
The main challenge was to showcase a static accessory—a watch—in a way that feels active and essential to a fast-paced lifestyle. We needed to highlight the technical “photochromic” feature while maintaining an aspirational, premium tone that encourages the audience to “dare” to be different.
